永住許可申請の身元保証人の提出書類　簡素化 Documents submitted about the guarantor for permanent residence permit application became simplified

永住許可の申請の際に必ず必要になる身元保証人ですが、２０２２年６月１日より提出する書類が簡素化されました。

 

身元保証人の要件としては

・日本人または外国人であれば永住者であること

・安定した収入を得ていること

・納税の義務を果たしていること

が必要です。

 

今までは、このような要件を証明するために

・身元保証書

・在職証明書

・源泉徴収票

・課税証明書

などの書類も提出する必要がありました。

 

しかし、６月１日以降からは

・身元保証書

・身元保証人の身分証明書のコピー（運転免許証など）

の２点で申請をすることができるようになりました。

 

身元保証人と聞くと、身構えてしまう方もいるため、ハードルが高いと感じる方もいたと思いますが、今後は少し頼みやすくなるのではないでしょうか。

 

The identity guarantor is required when applying for a permanent residence permit, but from June 1, 2022, the documents to be submitted have been simplified.

As a requirement for an identity guarantor is required below.

・Japanese or  permanent resident

・ Having a stable income

・ Fulfilling tax obligations

 

Until now, to prove such requirements you also had to submit documents such as

・ Identity guarantee

・Certificate of incumbency

・Withholding slip

・Taxation certificate

 

However, from June 1st onwards you can now apply for two points.

・ Identity guarantee document

・ A copy of the identity guarantor's identification card (driver's license, etc.)
